The One Step HIV 1/2 Serum/Plasma Test Cassette (2 lines) is a one step rapid test for the qualitative detection of HIV 1/2 antibodies in human Whole Blood/Serum/Plasma at specified cut-off level.

For in vitro diagnostic use only. For health care professional use only.

Store as packaged in the sealed pouch at 4-30°C, avoid hot and sunshine, dry place, valid for 36 months. DO NOT FREEZE. Some protective measures should be taken in hot summer and cold winter to avoid high temperature or freeze-thaw.

High Sensitivity One Step Rapid Test Kit Aids / Hiv 1/2 Antibody Whole Blood Infection Oem Packaging

TEST METHODS

1. Instruction for Use must be read entirely before taking the test. Allow the test device controls to equilibrate to room temperature for 30 minutes (20°C-30°C) prior to testing. Do not open the inner packaging until ready, it must be used in one hour if opened.

2. Test Procedure Cassette:

(1) Remove the test cassette from the sealed pouch, place it on a clean and level surface with the sample well up.

(2) Using the dropper, vertically transfer one(1) drop (25µl) of serum/plasma/whole blood sample into the sample well (S) of the cassette, avoiding the formation of bubbles. Add two(2) drops (100ul) of sample buffer into the sample well of the cassette.

(3) Observe the test results immediately within 15-20 minutes, the result is invalid over 20 minutes.

Don't read result after 20 minutes. To avoid confusion, discard the test device after interpreting the result.
